# AUTO PAINT MIXER

**Salary:** KWD 300–450 per month
**Location:** Kuwait

### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Auto Paint Mixer** with strong knowledge of automotive paint mixing, color matching, and paint preparation. The candidate must have proven experience in the **GCC automotive industry** and be able to accurately prepare paint colors according to the required vehicle finish.

### Key Responsibilities

* Mix and prepare automotive paints according to manufacturer specifications.
* Match vehicle paint colors accurately using color codes, paint systems, and color-matching tools.
* Identify the correct paint formula for different vehicle makes and models.
* Adjust paint formulas to achieve an accurate color match.
* Prepare basecoat, primer, clear coat, and other automotive paint materials.
* Measure and mix paints, thinners, hardeners, and other materials accurately.
* Conduct test sprays and make necessary color adjustments.
* Maintain proper records of paint formulas and color mixing.
* Ensure correct preparation of materials before sending them to the painters.
* Maintain and organize the paint mixing area and equipment.
* Monitor paint and material usage and inform the supervisor when supplies are required.
* Follow safety procedures when handling automotive paints and chemicals.
* Work closely with painters and the body shop team to ensure high-quality finishing.

### Requirements

* **Minimum 5 years of experience as an Auto Paint Mixer.**
* **GCC experience is mandatory.**
* Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and color matching.
* Experience with computerized and manual paint mixing systems.
* Good understanding of paint formulas, ratios, thinners, hardeners, and clear coats.
* Ability to accurately match colors for different vehicle makes and models.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Relevant automotive paint or technical training is an advantage.

### Preferred

* Experience with premium and luxury vehicles.
* Experience working in a professional body shop or automotive dealership.
* Knowledge of major automotive paint brands and mixing systems.
* Experience handling difficult or customized color matching.

### Salary

**KWD 300–450 per month**, depending on experience, technical skills, and interview assessment.

**Only candidates with proven GCC automotive experience will be considered.**
