Job Summary
Responsible for developing customers, promoting drill bits sales, managing technical discussions and supporting sales and bit trials.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote drill bit sales.
• Visit operators, drilling contractors, and oilfield service companies.
• Understand customer requirements, drilling problems and bit performance targets.
• Recommend suitable drill bits.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and product presentations.
• Introduce company products and explain their technical advantages.
• Coordinate drill bit application and follow up field performance.
• Collect drilling data and customer feedback after bit runs.
• Prepare bit performance reports and follow up potential repeat orders.
• Following up market requirements and new opportunities.
• Coordinate with application engineering, bit design and management teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in oil & gas, preferably in drill bit sales, drilling services or technical applications.
• Basic understanding of drill bits, BHA, drilling parameters and drilling operations.
• Good customer communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good English communication and report-writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel and visit rig sites/customers.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
