Restaurant Maintenance
The Restaurant Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted, safe, and efficient operation of all restaurant equipment, kitchen machinery, and physical infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on, proactive troubleshooter who can perform preventive maintenance, execute rapid emergency repairs, and maintain a safe, code-compliant dining and kitchen environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Equipment & Machinery Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and servicing on all heavy commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., commercial ovens, fryers, griddles, walk-in coolers, freezers, dishwashers, and ice makers).

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues rapidly to minimize restaurant downtime during peak service hours.

Maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors or manufacturers for specialized warranty repairs when necessary.

2. Facility & Infrastructure Upkeep
Perform general building maintenance, including minor carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and door/hardware repairs.

Oversee and service the restaurant's HVAC systems, exhaust hoods, grease traps, and ventilation units to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Maintain interior and exterior lighting, signage, and basic drainage or plumbing lines to ensure a pristine guest-facing environment.

Gypsum Board
The Gypsum Board Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing drywall, plasterboard, and ceiling systems across corporate offices, retail spaces, or restaurant locations. This role requires a skilled craftsman who can construct structural partitions, repair wall damage seamlessly, and prepare surfaces for high-quality painting and interior finishes while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Installation & Framing
Measure, cut, and install metal or wooden stud framing for interior walls, partitions, and drop/suspended ceilings.

Measure, cut, and securely screw gypsum boards (drywall/sheetrock) to framing structures according to architectural blueprints and design specifications.

Install moisture-resistant or fire-rated drywall variants in specialized areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, or utility rooms.

2. Taping, Joint Compound Application & Finishing
Apply joint tape over drywall joints, gaps, and corners to reinforce structural seams.

Apply multiple coats of joint compound (mud) using specialized trowels and knives, ensuring smooth, even transitions.

Sand dried compound between coats to achieve a flawless, seamless surface ready for priming, painting, or wallpapering
