We are looking for 2 Professional IT Technical Support Technicians

💼 Position: IT Technical Support Technician
👥 Vacancies: 2 Positions
📌 Experience: 3–5 Years
📍 Location: Kuwait

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to clients and end users
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers & networking equipment
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Network installation, configuration & troubleshooting
* Perform on-site technical support and maintenance
* Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently

✅ Requirements:

* 3–5 years of relevant IT technical support experience
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking & Windows systems
* Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
