Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in network support.
• Experience in networks, including Cisco and Fortinet devices.
• Experience with Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls, Web Application Firewall, Web Filtering, Fortinet Forti-Proxy, Cisco Wireless Network and Network Monitoring Tools.
• Experience in Network Cabling and AMP.
• Experience in Network Technology.
• Experience in Network Security.
• Experience in Routing and Switching Protocols.
• Experience in Network Design.
• CCIE — Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert

IT Support Specialists — 2 Nos
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a Diploma in Computer Science (14 years of education).
• Experience in Information Technology.
• Preferably Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
