- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry production, and dessert presentation
- Skilled in preparing breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods from scratch
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistent quality
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willing to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays
