Description

📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage refinery maintenance operations and plant modification projects.
✔ Oversee contract administration, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
✔ Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety standards.
✔ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Planning, and Safety.
✔ Prepare technical reports, incident investigations, and performance documentation.

🎓 Qualifications:
Engineering Degree (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent).

💼 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum 13+ years of experience in Control & Instrumentation Maintenance.
✔ At least 8 years in a supervisory/management role.
✔ Experience in Oil & Gas, preferably in Hydrocarbon Refineries.
✔ Strong knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), and international safety standards.

🌟 Preferred Skills:
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
✔ Strong understanding of Kuwait Labour Law.
✔ Ability to manage maintenance contracts, manpower, and HSE compliance effectively.
✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
