Urgently require an experienced CNC Wood Router Operator for a heavy-duty, 3-axis flatbed machine."
· "Must be proficient in operating older-model CNC routers with manual vacuum zone controls (green control panel)."
· "Responsible for daily setup, tool changes (collet-based), and zeroing the X, Y, and Z axes manually."
· "Must be able to read and interpret G-code and import files from AutoCAD, ArtCAM, or VCarve software."
· "Experience with cutting MDF, plywood, hardwoods, and acrylic is required."
· "Must perform routine maintenance, including cleaning rails, checking lubrication, and ensuring the vacuum pump is operating efficiently."
