Position Open: ELV Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-time
Assignment: Onshore or offshore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise maintenance of CCTV, access control, telephone/data and electronic lighting systems.
- Plan preventive maintenance and fault response; assign technicians, tools and spares.
- Verify video, recording/playback, access-control functions, network and telephone service after repairs.
- Supervise equipment cleaning, battery tests, power-supply checks and enclosure inspections.
- Coordinate work access, planned outages and technical support with the engineer and operations team.
- Review defects, test results and spares; maintain asset, work-order and handover records.
- Coach technicians; enforce work permits, safe isolation and approved working procedures.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication Engineering.
- At least 10 years supervising ELV on GCC building/infrastructure projects, including maintenance.
- Experience leading fault-finding teams and coordinating work in an operational facility.

SKILL QUALIFICATIONS:
- IP CCTV, recording/storage, access monitoring, PoE switches and telephone/data fault diagnosis.
- CAT6/CAT6A, fiber links, cable testing, basic networking and low-voltage circuit maintenance.
- Able to interpret manuals and drawings, assess workmanship and verify functional test results.
- Good English; competent in Excel, work orders, maintenance logs and daily reporting.

OTHER ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
- Relevant manufacturer training in CCTV, access control, networking or electronic lighting systems.
- Experience supervising maintenance teams and supporting equipment troubleshooting.

- Proposed salary: KD 450 monthly, subject to final agreement.
