Description

• Assisting in Production planning as per Job orders and stock availability.
• Ensure shift scheduling in order to meet the production targets.
• Ensuring inspection and following up on preventive maintenance on equipment’s to avoid breakdowns.
• Ensuring adherence to consistent product quality as per required specifications.
• Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
• Enforce strict housekeeping and ensure plant is maintained in a neat manner.
• Prepare all paperwork for all plant activities and supervise all plant requirements.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and regulations.
• Manage all communication with employees
• Handle administrative tasks such as duty rostering, review of attendance and overtime & coordinating all employee requests.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in industrial/mechanical with with 5-8 years knowledge about industrial manufacturing cycle and production timelines to ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
• Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to all decision-making.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).
