Sales & Aftersales Engineer – MGTC Kuwait

MGTC Kuwait, a customer support and service company specializing in warehouse equipment, MHE rentals, IC trucks, maintenance, and project-related services, is looking for a technically strong and commercially driven person to manage Sales & Aftersales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers, inspect sites, understand requirements, and identify opportunities.
Proactively provide suitable technical and commercial solutions within the customer's budget.
Coordinate with sales, service, suppliers, and other team members as required.
Prepare quotations considering technical specifications, commercial terms, and contractual requirements.
Maintain strong customer relationships and develop repeat business.
Manage the process from enquiry → quotation → order → delivery → aftersales.
Identify new products, services, rental opportunities, and project business.

Requirements:

Engineering background with good knowledge of machines, MHE, and maintenance processes.
Good understanding of industrial/customer requirements and commercial terms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to work in a newly established and growing company.
Kuwait driving licence is an advantage.
Willing to start with a reasonable salary package and grow with the business.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based commission/incentives linked to business generated and project profitability.
