Description

We are looking for an experienced Printing Machine Operator & Designer who can operate various digital printing machines and also has knowledge of graphic design.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage UV, Sublimation, DTF, and Sticker printing machines.

Prepare machines and materials for printing and ensure proper print quality.

Handle printing, cutting, finishing, and basic production processes.

Monitor print quality and troubleshoot common machine issues.

Prepare artwork/files for printing and ensure correct sizes, colors, and formats.

Create and modify designs according to customer requirements.

Coordinate with the production team to complete orders on time.

Maintain machines and follow proper safety and maintenance procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Printing Machine Operator.

Hands-on experience with UV, Sublimation, DTF, and Sticker printing.

Knowledge of graphic designing and artwork preparation.

Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is preferred.

Good understanding of colors, sizing, resolution, and print-ready files.

Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in both printing machine operation and graphic designing will be preferred.
