Company: Hardware & Industrial Tools Trading Co. (Shuwaikh)

Role: Full-Time

Visa: Article 18 / Transferable Family Visa (Article 22)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle multi-branch bookkeeping, daily sales/cash reconciliation, and Zoho Books.

Manage Accounts Receivable, customer payment follow-ups, and bad debt tracking.

Maintain Post-Dated Check (PDC) registers and coordinate supplier payments.

Manage employee attendance, payroll processing, leave balances, and digital HR files.

Digitally archive all physical invoices, receipts, check stubs, and legal documents.

Requirements:

Commerce graduate with decent accounting experience from home country or Gulf.

Proficient in MS Excel, basic accounting software, and digital document scanning.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Salary: KWD 250 โ€“ 300 (Based on experience)
