We are looking for a Customer Care & Booking Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
* Handle customer calls and inquiries
* Take and confirm bookings
* Coordinate booking details with the ground team
* Send booking information to the concerned team
* Follow up with customers and manage daily bookings
* Maintain basic booking records and schedules

Requirements:
✅ Female candidates only
✅ Arabic Speaker – Mandatory
✅ Good Arabic & English communication skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
✅ Previous experience is an advantage
