Workshop Supervisor | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our Maintenance & Reliability team within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily workshop maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.

Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel engines, heavy machinery, and modular equipment.

Lead technicians and mechanics, ensuring effective task allocation and timely completion of work.

Monitor equipment condition and minimize operational downtime.

Manage maintenance planning, spare parts, inventory control, and workshop resources.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using ERP and computerized systems.

Coordinate with Operations and other departments regarding equipment maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and HSE requirements.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar Workshop Supervisor / Mechanical Maintenance role.

Strong knowledge of diesel engine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Experience with modular equipment and heavy machinery.

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience in maintenance planning, inventory control, and computerized reporting.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English.

Oil & Gas or industrial maintenance experience is preferred.
