We are looking for the below positions for an Haute couture/Luxury fashion brand:



1- Purchasing Officer

Requirements:

-3+ years purchasing experience, preferably in haute couture, tailoring, bridal or luxury fashion.

-Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery materials, beads, crystals, lace, trims, accessories, threads and tailoring items.

-Good network/knowledge of Kuwait suppliers and markets.

-Ability to source quality materials, negotiate prices and manage suppliers.



2- Tailoring Workshop Operations Manager/Supervisor

Requirements:

-5+ years of experience in tailoring, haute couture, bridal or luxury fashion operations.

-Strong knowledge of atelier/workshop operations, tailoring and garment production.

-Experience managing tailors, cutters, pattern makers, embroidery and finishing teams.

-Ability to plan and monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

-Strong knowledge of quality control and garment finishing.

-Able to coordinate between design, cutting, stitching, embroidery, fitting and delivery.

-Good team management, problem-solving and communication skills.

-Knowledge of materials and production requirements is an advantage.

5- Hand Embroidery worker

6- Cutters
