**We’re Hiring – Sales Staff for Premium Chocolate Boutique**

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Sales Staff** member to join our premium chocolate boutique.

**Responsibilities:**

* Welcome customers and provide a premium in-store experience
* Assist customers in selecting chocolates, gifts, and seasonal collections
* Explain products, packaging options, and special orders
* Handle POS transactions accurately
* Support gift wrapping and product presentation
* Maintain high standards of store appearance and cleanliness
* Follow up on customer requests and special orders
* Support daily and monthly sales targets
* Upsell and recommend suitable products based on customer needs

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in chocolate, sweets, gifting, luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* **Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred**
* Good English communication skills
* Presentable, professional, and confident with customers
* Sales-oriented with good upselling skills
* Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Currently based in Kuwait
* Transferable residency preferred
