Key Requirements & Qualifications
Sales Staff:

Good communication and customer service skills

Strong sales and persuasion abilities

Friendly, professional attitude with a team player mindset

Ability to understand customer needs and perform under pressure

Previous sales experience is an advantage

Cashier Staff:

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge

Accurate cash/payment handling and high attention to detail

Responsible, organized, and reliable

Previous cashier experience is an advantage
