**WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK**

We are looking for a **Customer Service Clerk** to join our team.

**Job Responsibilities:**
• Handle customer inquiries and bookings
• Follow up on customer feedback and requests
• Manage booking schedules and arrangements
• Coordinate setup requirements and booking details
• Deal directly with customers and event-related requirements
• Ensure smooth coordination before and during events

**Requirements:**
• Excellent communication skills in **Arabic & English**
• **Arabic National preferred**
• Must have **Kuwait Visa Article 18**
• Immediate joining preferred
• Customer service and event experience is an advantage
