Description

We are looking for an experienced VMC & Plastic Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience producing garment labels, Velcro patches, plastic badges, molds, and customized plastic products.

Job Responsibilities
Operate and set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and plastic processing machines.

Produce molds, dies, and tooling for garment labels, patches, badges, and other small products.

Manufacture and finish plastic labels, garment accessories, Velcro patches, and customized items.

Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and production specifications.

Prepare machine programs, tools, and materials according to production requirements.

Perform cutting, milling, drilling, engraving, and other machining operations.

Check measurements and dimensions during production to ensure accuracy.

Operate plastic molding and related production equipment as required.

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor operating issues.

Inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintain production records and complete orders according to deadlines.

Keep machines and the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements
Previous experience operating VMC and plastic processing machines.

Experience in manufacturing garment labels, Velcro patches, badges, molds, or similar products is preferred.

Knowledge of CNC/VMC programming and machine setup.

Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements.

Good knowledge of different plastics and suitable machining methods.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.

Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.

Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
