Description

We are looking for an experienced Weaving Machine Operator & Designer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and producing woven labels, badges, patches, logos, and customized textile products.

Job Responsibilities
Operate and set up woven label and weaving machines.

Create and prepare designs for woven labels, logos, badges, patches, and other textile products.

Convert customer artwork into suitable files for weaving machines.

Set up threads, colors, patterns, and machine parameters according to the design.

Operate machines efficiently to achieve high-quality and accurate results.

Monitor production and make adjustments when required.

Ensure correct colors, dimensions, stitching, and overall quality.

Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Inspect finished products and correct production issues.

Work with different fabrics, threads, and materials as required.

Meet production targets and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized production area.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Weaving Machine Operator & Designer.

Experience producing woven labels, garment labels, patches, badges, and logos is preferred.

Knowledge of weaving/design software and machine programming.

Good understanding of colors, threads, patterns, and textile materials.

Ability to prepare designs for production.

Good attention to detail and quality.

Creative and able to develop customized designs.

Ability to operate machines independently.

Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
