Description

We are specifically looking for candidates with existing Kuwait experience in Oil & Gas, MRO, industrial products, technical supply or related sectors.

The Role

* Develop new customers and business opportunities in Kuwait
* Generate enquiries and RFQs through active customer development
* Conduct regular customer visits and business-development meetings
* Build relationships with procurement, maintenance, engineering and operations personnel
* Identify MRO, maintenance, project and operational supply requirements
* Develop opportunities with oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, main contractors and industrial customers
* Introduce PACIFIC’s supply capabilities and product range
* Coordinate customer requirements internally for sourcing and quotation
* Follow up quotations and work toward order conversion
* Identify vendor registration and prequalification opportunities
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management
* Develop long-term customer relationships and repeat business


Candidate Requirements

* 3+ years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience in Kuwait
* Previous experience in Oil & Gas, MRO, industrial supply, engineering products or technical trading
* Existing customer relationships within Kuwait’s Oil & Gas / EPC / industrial sector strongly preferred
* Proven ability to generate new enquiries and develop customers
* Good understanding of technical and industrial products
* Strong English communication skills
* Arabic is an advantage
* Kuwait driving licence preferred
* Self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable with frequent customer visits
* Good quotation follow-up and sales-pipeline discipline
