Job Title: Enterprise Wi-Fi and Network Design Engineer
We are seeking an experienced engineer to carry out enterprise Wi-Fi surveys, network design, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys, RF measurements and interference analysis.
• Design AP locations and quantities based on coverage and user capacity.
• Generate heatmaps, survey reports and technical recommendations.
• Assess existing network infrastructure and design switching, PoE and uplink requirements.
• Coordinate structured cabling, fiber backbone and MDF/IDF requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings, equipment specifications and BOQs.
• Support configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting and post-installation validation.
Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant enterprise Wi-Fi and networking experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ekahau, Air Magnet or equivalent survey and design tools.
• Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi solutions such as Cisco, Aruba, Huawei or Ruckus.
• Strong knowledge of RF design, switching, VLANs, PoE and structured cabling.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and read architectural drawings.
• Relevant certifications and Kuwait/GCC experience are preferred.
