• Sales Leadership: Drive the store to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of assistant managers and style associates.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a culture of exceptional, personalized customer service and styling expertise.
• Visual Merchandising: Execute brand visual guidelines to ensure an inspiring and immaculate sales floor environment.
• Operations & Inventory: Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, payroll budgeting, and daily operational compliance.
Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of retail management experience, specifically within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Leadership: Proven track record of building, coaching, and motivating successful retail teams.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail math, sales forecasting, and KPI analysis.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with customers and staff.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Strong experience in Value fashion retail and FMCG sector
Languages: Hindi, English
