Senior Marketing Executive – Food & Beverage

We are looking for a creative, hands-on and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to manage marketing activities across our F&B brands.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches and brand activations.
* Manage social media strategy and content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, agencies, influencers and content creators.
* Manage monthly marketing and content calendars.
* Support restaurant openings, events, photoshoots and promotional activities.
* Monitor F&B trends, competitors and consumer behavior in Kuwait.
* Manage and coordinate the Marketing team and ensure projects are completed on time.
* Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or related field.
* 4–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, restaurants or hospitality.
* Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s F&B and consumer market.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social media trends.
* Nationality: Preferably Kuwaiti; other Arab nationalities may also be considered.
* Local Background: Preferably born and raised in Kuwait, with good knowledge of the local market and culture.
* Language: Must be very fluent in Arabic – speaking, reading and writing. Good English is also required.
* Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
* Experience with influencers, content creators and marketing agencies is an advantage.
* Knowledge of Canva/Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing is an advantage.
