we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sweet Shop Manager to manage daily shop operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the sweet shop.
Supervise and motivate staff.
Ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Monitor sales, stock, and inventory.
Manage cash handling and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Achieve sales targets and improve shop performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a sweet shop, bakery, dessert shop, or food & beverage industry.
Previous Manager/Supervisor experience preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of inventory and sales management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
Candidates currently in Kuwait are preferred.
