We are looking for a Junior Tendering Engineer to support our Oil & Gas tendering activities. Freshers with good technical understanding, documentation skills, and strong Microsoft Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Review RFQs, BOQs, and tender documents.

Prepare BOQs, enquiry sheets, costing sheets, and comparison sheets.

Send enquiries and follow up with manufacturers/suppliers for quotations.

Check quotations against RFQ requirements and identify missing information.

Maintain tender records, quotations, and supporting documents.

Assist in technical and commercial tender preparation and submission.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for required documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or related field.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Strong documentation and data-entry skills with attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic understanding of Oil & Gas materials/equipment is an advantage.

Willingness to learn tendering, procurement, and commercial activities.
