Description

A well reputed company in Kuwait are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations, project execution, maintenance activities, manpower, and site performance.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the company’s daily operations, projects, maintenance activities, and site teams.
Establish and improve SOPs, operational procedures, reporting systems, and performance monitoring.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of landscape and garden projects from mobilization through completion.
Coordinate landscape-related construction and civil works, ensuring proper execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage and allocate manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials, and resources efficiently across different projects and sites.
Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, timelines, and operational costs.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Maintenance Teams, Design Team.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is completed according to approved designs, scope of work, and company standards.
Identify operational issues, delays, material requirements, manpower shortages, and site challenges, and take timely corrective action.
Ensure projects and maintenance operations are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.

Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in Operations Management, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related industry.
Strong practical knowledge of landscape works, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, outdoor construction, and related civil works.
Proven experience managing multiple projects, sites, teams, and subcontractors simultaneously.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare and present operational and project reports to senior management.
Kuwait Driving license is an preferred.
