Important Terms for New Joiners (First 2 Months)
​Upon arrival in Kuwait, the first two months will be the processing period required to complete your Civil ID and Kuwait Driving License.
​During these initial two months, riders are required to manage their own food expenses, as the company will not provide food allowances during this processing window.

Compensation & Commission Structure
​Base Salary / Commission Model:
​Commission of 300 Fils per order.
​Additional allowance of 50 Fils per order for petrol.
​Total Commission: 350 Fils per delivered order.
​Monthly Target: The monthly target is 450 orders
