🌱 **WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING OFFICER (AGRICULTURE)**

**UAPCO Company** is looking for a **creative, motivated, and experienced Marketing Officer** to join our team in the **agriculture sector**.

📌 **Position:** Marketing Officer – Agriculture
📍 **Location:** Sulaibiya, Kuwait

### **Preferred Candidate**

We are looking for a candidate with **marketing experience in an agriculture-related company or industry**, with a good understanding of agricultural products, services, and customers.

### **Requirements**

• Previous marketing experience in an **agriculture company or related field** is preferred
• Knowledge of **agricultural products, plants, nurseries, landscaping, irrigation, fertilizers, pesticides, or farming services** will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Experience in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify new customers and business opportunities
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of **English**; Arabic is an advantage
• Kuwait/GCC market experience is preferred

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for agricultural products and services
• Promote the company's **agricultural products, plants, nursery, landscaping, and related services**
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging agricultural marketing content
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends
• Visit customers, suppliers, farms, nurseries, landscaping companies, and other potential clients when required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and agricultural activities
• Prepare marketing reports and provide feedback on market opportunities
• Support the sales and business development team in achieving company targets
