Description

1. Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
2. Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, quantities and expiry dates.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all movements are entered in OSOSS.
4. Organize products by assigned locations, categories and movement speed.
5. Enforce FIFO/FEFO procedures and regularly monitor near-expiry products.
6. Conduct cycle counts and stock counts, investigate variances and report discrepancies.
7. Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily responsibilities and productivity targets.
8. Ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched according to schedule.
9. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, product protection and damage-control procedures.
10. Submit daily and weekly reports covering receiving, dispatch, stock variances, damages and operational issues.
