Description

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.

Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen equipment.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable safety standards.

Maintain service records and documentation related to maintenance and repairs.

Coordinate with the service team to complete assigned maintenance and repair activities.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in servicing and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Practical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.

Understanding of equipment safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.

Good technical problem-solving and communication skills.
