Description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations to guests.
Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and maintained throughout service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth and timely order delivery.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Follow hygiene, food safety, grooming, and service standards.
Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.
Support opening, closing, and general restaurant cleaning duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waitress in an F&B/restaurant environment preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Presentable, energetic, and well-groomed.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
