Job Opening: Electrical Engineer
Work location: Kuwait

1.Job Responsibilities
Early-stage electrical design: Responsible for the early planning of the project's electrical system, designing power supply and distribution schemes, creating electrical construction drawings, and preparing related technical documents.

Solar power system design: Responsible for designing solar power supply solutions, selecting equipment, configuring the system, and designing related supporting facilities.

High-voltage electrical design: Responsible for the technical plans of high-voltage power supply systems, related drawing designs, equipment selection, and technical coordination work.

Construction Management: Responsible for technical guidance, quality control, schedule management, on-site coordination, and handling construction issues during electrical engineering projects.

Technical coordination and acceptance: Responsible for communicating technically with the owner, design team, construction team, and local relevant departments, and helping with drawing review, technical handover, project acceptance, and organizing completion documents.

Local technical support: Combining Kuwait's local electrical standards, power supply requirements, and the actual project situation, we optimize the design plan to ensure the electrical system runs safely, reliably, and economically.

2.Job Requirements
Majors related to electrical engineering, power systems and their automation, power supply and distribution, etc.; bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Has experience in electrical engineering design and construction management, able to independently carry out electrical design, prepare technical plans, and manage on-site construction.

Familiar with the design principles, equipment selection, and construction requirements of power distribution systems, solar photovoltaic power systems, and high-voltage electrical systems.

Familiar with drawing and reviewing electrical construction drawings, and skilled in using design software like AutoCAD.

Candidates with work experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region are preferred, and those familiar with local electrical design codes, power supply approval processes, and related technical standards are given priority.

Has good communication and coordination skills, can solve problems on-site, and is responsible, able to adapt to working in overseas projects.

Preference given to those with English technical communication skills, able to read English technical specifications, equipment manuals, and design documents.

3.Job Requirements and Development Directions
This position mainly involves the entire process of a project, from early planning and design, technical scheme development, and detailed drawings to on-site construction management, system commissioning, and final acceptance. The role requires candidates to have strong professional technical skills and hands-on experience, capable of independently handling work related to the electrical field.
