Position: Assistant Branch Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations and ensure smooth and efficient delivery services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in delivery operations or logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
• Supervise delivery drivers, dispatchers, and operational staff.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate driver schedules, attendance, and shift planning.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, and driver productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Track delivery performance, KPIs, and service quality.
• Coordinate with HR, fleet, customer service, and other departments.
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Monitor orders and ensure smooth coordination between drivers and restaurants.
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving operational targets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or a similar supervisory role.
• Previous experience in food delivery companies is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
