Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Engineer – LV Switchgear Panel Assembly to join our team.

Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the LV Switchgear Panel Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Thorough knowledge of electrical wiring schedules, circuit diagrams, BOQs, general assembly drawings, and working principles of LV switchgear.

Experience in assembly of Motor Control Centers (MCCs), LT Panels, Distribution Boards (DBs), Main Switchboards (MSBs), and other LV switchgear panels.

Familiarity with ACBs, MCCBs, annunciators, flag relays, control relays, and relay control centers.

Knowledge of LV switchgear assembly procedures, ISO procedures, safety standards, and assembly tools and instruments.

Ability to lead and coordinate 3–4 Foremen and approximately 100 technicians involved in switchgear panel assembly.

Strong leadership, delegation, manpower planning, and team coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple work orders and different product types simultaneously.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly assembly plans and ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for production planning and reporting.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Ability to maintain shop-floor discipline, proper housekeeping, and a clean and safe assembly environment.
