What we're looking for:
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
Fluent in English and Arabic is mandatory
Must have a transferable Visa 18
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries
Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage
Must have a transferable Visa 18 (Ahli/Mubarak Al Kabeer)
