Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with an oil and gas background to lead procurement for our Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Business Unit in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and execute procurement of materials, components, and services on behalf of the company
* Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team
* Identify reliable suppliers and evaluate their technical and commercial capabilities
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
* Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of high-quality materials and services to clients
* Deliver measurable cost savings for the company
* Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, projects, finance, and sales) to improve supply chain efficiency, competitiveness, and value

Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
*Proven procurement experience in the oil and gas industry: 10 years minimum
*Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and contract management skills
*Team leadership experience
