DARB ALHARIR company announces its need to hire a Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team according to the following terms and details:



Duties and Responsibilities:

* Account Management: Managing and developing all company accounts on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

* Marketing Planning: Developing and executing plans for paid and free advertising campaigns across social platforms and search engines.

* Content Creation: Writing and preparing engaging advertising and marketing content (ideas, copy, and ad scripts).

* SEO Management: Ongoing monitoring and regular updating of website content and search engine optimization (SEO).

* Customer Service & Engagement: Handling customer service, interacting with follower inquiries, and responding to messages to ensure the best customer experience.

* Order Coordination & Follow-up: Receiving, coordinating, and following up on orders to ensure smooth operations.

* Analysis & Reporting: Tracking marketing campaign performance, analyzing results, and providing regular reports to improve outcomes and sales.



?? Requirements:

* Proven practical experience of at least (1–2) years in digital marketing and social media management.

* Proficiency in managing paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

* Excellent marketing copywriting and customer communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is an added advantage).

* Ability to innovate new marketing ideas and keep up with trends.

* Valid residency inside the State of Kuwait.

* Working Hours: Full-time or part-time (as agreed).
