📢 **WE ARE HIRING – AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER**

**Company:** United Agriculture & Livestock Production Co. (UAPCO)
📍 **Location:** Sulaibiya, Kuwait

UAPCO is looking for a qualified and experienced **Agricultural Engineer** to join our team and support our agricultural operations, crop production, irrigation, and farm management activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and monitor daily agricultural operations and field activities.
- Plan and implement crop cultivation, planting, irrigation, and fertilization activities.
- Monitor plant health, soil conditions, pests, and diseases.
- Develop and implement effective irrigation and water management practices.
- Supervise agricultural workers and coordinate field operations.
- Monitor the growth and maintenance of trees, plants, and crops.
- Prepare agricultural reports and maintain records of field activities.
- Recommend suitable agricultural practices to improve productivity and plant health.
- Ensure proper use of agricultural equipment, fertilizers, and other materials.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related agricultural field.
- Previous experience in agricultural operations, farm management, or crop production.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, plant nutrition, and pest control.
- Good supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain agricultural records.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region will be an advantage.
