Purchase Officer Required – Kuwait
An assertive and detail-oriented professional responsible for inventory controls, receiving, storage, and distribution, with regular site inspections to ensure compliance, minimize wastage, and control food costs.

Relevant experience in inventory control, food storage, and cost control.
Verify received goods for quantity, quality, expiry dates, and temperature.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, hygiene, and FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
Conduct stock counts, surprise audits, and inventory reconciliation.
Investigate shortages, expired stock, and inventory discrepancies.
Monitor dispatch, branch deliveries, and documentation of stock movements.
Conduct regular site inspections, enforce procedures, and escalate violations.
Assertive, detail-oriented, and honest, with strong reporting and follow-up skills.
