Location: Fahaheel, Kuwait
Employment: Full-time, in-store
Proposed salary: KWD 230–270 per month, depending on skills and experience, plus performance-based sales commission.
We are a computer shop selling new and used laptops, desktops and accessories, alongside IT repair services. We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused salesperson who understands laptops, follows up consistently and enjoys presenting products on camera.
Your responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers and recommend products suited to their needs and budget.
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and customer calls generated by our Instagram and Facebook advertisements.
- Follow up on enquiries, explain offers, prepare quotations and close sales.
- Clearly explain laptop specifications, condition, pricing and warranty terms.
- Present short laptop demonstrations and promotional videos for Instagram, Facebook and future TikTok and Snapchat campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer enquiry, follow-up and sales records.
- Coordinate with technicians on customer repair enquiries and updates.
- Support basic social media activities and work towards agreed sales and customer-service targets.
What we’re looking for
- Previous laptop, computer or electronics sales experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of processors, RAM, storage, graphics and common laptop uses.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers in English and Hindi, with conversational Arabic.
- Confidence appearing and speaking in promotional videos.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and basic computer applications.
- Basic digital marketing, Canva or CapCut skills are an advantage.
- An honest, organised approach to customer service and sales.
Employment details
- Fixed monthly salary plus a written sales commission scheme.
- Three-calendar-month paid probation.
- Accommodation and transport are not provided; the employee must arrange their own.
- Working hours: [ 9am to 10:30 pm(2-3hr lunch break) ]
- Statutory benefits as applicable under Kuwait labour law.
