About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Paratha Chef to join our kitchen team in Salmiya. You will be responsible for preparing traditional, high-quality Pakistani breakfast items, specializing in making a variety of fresh, crispy, and layered parathas (such as aloo, daal, and plain parathas) from scratch, along with traditional breakfast accompaniments, to delight our customers every morning.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare fresh dough, fillings, and roll/stretch parathas to high culinary standards.
* Cook parathas efficiently on the tawa to achieve the perfect texture and crispiness during peak breakfast hours.
* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
* Assist with breakfast prep work and manage ingredients efficiently to minimize waste.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Proven professional experience as a paratha maker or breakfast chef in a Pakistani/South Asian restaurant.
* Location: Must currently reside in Kuwait.
* Visa Status: Must hold a valid Article 18 transferable visa.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment during busy morning shifts.
Compensation
* Salary: Will be discussed and finalized during the interview based on experience.
