Job Title: Assistant Production Manager – Fabrication

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager – Fabrication to join our team, with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication processes.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Follow monthly production plans and calculate manpower requirements.
- Hands-on knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes, including CNC punching and CNC bending.
- Knowledge of welding, powder coating, spray painting, and plating processes, including process defects and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO procedures, 6S practices, and inventory audits.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor fabrication and production activities to achieve monthly targets.
- Experience in manpower planning, production scheduling, and resource utilization.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of fabrication processes and manufacturing operations.
