Description

We are urgently looking for qualified and experienced Nurse to provide first aid, emergency care, and occupational health services to the workforce at the Kuwait Internation Terminal Building 2 construction project. The nurse will work in the site clinic and respond to medical needs in line with project HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and emergency treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses. Assess, monitor, and record vital signs and patient conditions. Administer medications, dressings, and basic treatments as prescribed or authorized

Respond promptly to emergencies on site and coordinate ambulance or hospital transfers

Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports

Manage clinic stock, medicines, and first aid supplies, and ensure equipment is in working order

Support the HSE team with health inspections, toolbox talks, and health awareness programs

Help with pre-employment and periodic medical checks for workers

Follow infection control, hygiene, and waste disposal procedures

Report incidents and comply with client, project, and Kuwait MOH requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN or GNM)

Valid nursing license; Kuwait MOH license, or ability to obtain it quickly

Minimum [2 to 5] years of experience, preferably in emergency, occupational health, or construction site clinics

Good English communication skills; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly

Willing to work on site in shifts as required.
