Description

We are looking for an Experienced Talabat Delivery Operations Supervisor with proven, experience in managing Talabat delivery operations.

STRICT REQUIREMENT:
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of Talabat operations, driver management, KPIs, acceptance rate, UTR, cancellations, rejections, and performance improvement.

Candidates without prior delivery company experience and strong Talabat operational knowledge MUST NOT APPLY.

General supervisory experience is not sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Talabat car drivers and motorcycle riders.
• Monitor KPIs, order performance, and driver productivity.
• Manage attendance, shifts, and workforce allocation.
• Improve operational performance and prepare daily reports.

Requirements: Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and Excel skills. Must be currently residing in Kuwait.

Salary: Negotiable based on relevant experience.
