📢 WE ARE HIRING – CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE



we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team and support customer service and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and process sales orders from customers, medical representatives, and sales representatives via phone, email, and fax.
* Prepare sales invoices in SAP according to customer requirements and product categories.
* Allocate shipment orders in SAP, print picking lists, and maintain shipment records.
* Update picking lists based on instructions from the Shift Supervisor or Team Leader.
* Collect delivery invoices and ensure they are signed by the recipients.
* Prepare purchase orders, Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), and required documentation for consignments, returns, and replacements.
* Coordinate with operations to assist direct customers and patients.
* Maintain accurate customer records, including order cancellations, out-of-stock items, and credit-limit issues.
* Organize and archive sales orders, purchase invoices, credit notes, withdrawal forms, and other relevant documents.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage orders, documentation, and multiple tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
* Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams.
