We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant – Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry to join our finance team.

Key responsibilities

* Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.
* Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Reconcile customer accounts, sales records, and payment receipts.
* Track settlements from delivery platforms and other sales channels.
* Maintain accurate records and support monthly closing and reporting.

Requirements

* Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Previous accounting experience in the F&B industry is required 3 years minimum.
* Practical experience with accounts receivable and customer reconciliations.
* Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
* Clear communication and follow-up skills.
