One of the famous diet food restaurants and Catering company is looking to hire Butcher as on urgent basis.
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Butcher to join our restaurant and catering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, and portioning meat, Poultry and Fish according to company standards while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, food safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
•Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat, poultry, and other products as required.
•Prepare meat according to approved recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen requirements.
•Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat products following FIFO procedures.
•Minimize meat wastage and maintain proper yield and portion control.
