Urgent Hiring: 2 Property Caretakers / Maintenance & Cleaning (From Inside Kuwait Only)
We are looking to hire (2) Property Caretakers / Guards for immediate start according to the following details:
Key Job Responsibilities (5 Tasks):
Security & Surveillance: Guard and monitor the property 24/7 to ensure safety and security.
General Cleaning: Maintain regular cleanliness of the site and its surrounding premises.
Basic Maintenance: Conduct routine minor maintenance and minor repair checks when needed.
Access Control: Supervise, monitor, and record the entry/exit of visitors and contractors.
Daily Reporting: Immediately report any urgent incidents or technical breakdowns to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Nationality: Asian (Preferably Indian).
Residency Status: Transferable residency (Immediate transfer / Must be currently in Kuwait).
Languages: Basic to good communication skills in Arabic & English preferred.
Location: Candidates must be inside Kuwait only.
Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
